HERE’S WHAT LUCY HAD TO SAY ABOUT THE MASTERMIND EXPERIENCE + PROGRESS SINCE BEING IN THE HOT SEAT:

I was lucky enough to be on the hot seat and it sounds way more intimidating than it actually is. I had an absolute blast.

I couldn’t recommend it more to anybody that wants to connect with people in a different industry, get advice and feedback from people that are somewhat removed and are not afraid to tell you how it is.

While I was on the hot seat, I did feel a little bit nervous before clicking the record button. I wasn’t sure what to expect, and when I had had a look at the lineup of people I was going to be in the group with, it made me think that maybe this wasn’t going to be of value. Or maybe they were going to rip me to shreds. It couldn’t have been further from the truth.

Everybody was so open and welcoming, and supportive.

The problem that I was presenting to the group to get their feedback on and to get some advice around, they nailed it. I had insights and advice that I didn’t even think about. I really want to report back that the feedback and the guidance they provided on were top-notch.

This is no schoolyard tactics or anything like that. It’s legit you guys, and I definitely would recommend putting yourself into that hot seat.

Leaving your comfort zone, and just allowing anything that comes to you with open arms and seeing how that goes.

Even after the hot seat, Sara was kind enough to have a look at one of my projects, which was all in regards to KPIs, tracking certain things in my business. Numbers are not my strength. They are not my forte. I always need some assistance with them, and this hot seat was perfect for that.

So, I really recommend if you’re wanting to join on the hot seat, shoot Sara an email. Contact her. Otherwise, keep tuning in and be a sponge to the knowledge that you can learn from other people you know, things that they’re presenting. It doesn’t necessarily need to be you talking about it.
