ON THIS EPISODE’S MASTERMIND HOT SEAT: KELLY MCDONNELL-ARNOLD

ABOUT KELLY: Certified Sexologist (sex and relationship therapist). Owner of a Private Therapy Practice (bliss, counselling.ca) Co-Founder Sexology International (sexology international.com) and Host of local cable tv show on Rogers TV “Sex Talk with Kelly.” Passionate about providing sex-positive, fresh, and reliable sexology information in all its complexity (but in a simple-to-understand message), empowering others to explore and own their sexuality.

KELLY’S MASTERMIND HOT SEAT TOPIC: How can I figure out what’s working with my marketing?

IT’S IMPORTANT TO KELLY BECAUSE: We are finding it challenging to convert services + products to sales. Do we need to be patient, do we need to engage, do we need to revise our services? Most of our services are geared towards a clientele with disposable income. However, the people we seem to be reaching and engaging with cannot afford these services. Do we try to reach the correct clientele or do we revise our services to accommodate the following we currently have?

HERE’S WHAT KELLY HAD TO SAY ABOUT THE MASTERMIND EXPERIENCE + PROGRESS SINCE BEING IN THE HOT SEAT:

“The hot seat on the Kickass Masterminds Entrepreneur Mastermind show with Sara was so much fun.

One thing that was mentioned was to host an online summit. This is something that has never even occurred to me before.

I originally presented a concern around trying to be focused to get clarity. I felt like I was doing a little of a lot, but nothing was really gaining traction.

I love my work one on one being a therapist and being face to face and in the room with my clients, so I was trying to figure out how I should get refocused or realigned with my online presence.

By being on the hot seat, it was brought to my attention that I could do a summit, so to continue to offer the education but also pull together like-minded professionals who could also offer that.

I love bringing people together. I love helping people. I like being a host, I guess you could say. Since being on the hot seat, I have connected with Kyrsten from Copper Kettle Co. and she has been guiding me on how to host an online summit. It has been super fun and I feel like it’s all of my favorite things in one.

Being on the podcast has been so helpful for me and I’m really hopeful and excited that I could be a participant in a yearlong mastermind group with Sara.

Thank you to everyone who was in my group and thanks so much, Sara for the invitation. It was so much fun and I really hope we can work together some more.”
