HERE’S WHAT ASHLEY HAD TO SAY ABOUT THE MASTERMIND EXPERIENCE + PROGRESS SINCE BEING IN THE HOT SEAT:
Hey, everyone. My name is Ashley Mason, and I’m a marketing consultant at Dash of Social. I was really excited to be a part of the mastermind, my struggle was with really trying to retain my clients. With my business, I am able to sign on clients pretty easy and find the right ideal client for myself. When it comes time to renew their contract after three months, however, they tend to not renew at that moment because of things such as budget restrictions.
During the mastermind live, I was really excited to get such awesome advice from the other women that were in the group. As Sara had planned out, these women were pretty much my ideal clients themselves, and so hearing their suggestions provided really great feedback for me that I could take and apply to my own situation. They provided such different perspectives, and so I thought that was really beneficial because it really helped open my mind to different opportunities that I never would’ve even thought of.
After the mastermind, I worked really hard on changing a few of my packages and worked to address the copy both on my website and my social media posts, because one thing I want to stress with my clients and potential clients is that I provide a lot of value. Helping them to understand with social media and other marketing initiatives that having a long-term approach ends up really helping them to reach their goals better.
Since then, I’ve signed on a few new clients who have definitely expressed interest in working together on a long-term basis rather than just my typical three-month package. I think that’s really awesome because that’s kind of a big goal that I’ve had is continue to work with my clients for years to come because, quite honestly, they’re awesome.
I was really thankful for Sara and everyone at Kickass Masterminds for really putting this together, inviting me to be on the show, and opening me to such great opportunities.
