HERE’S WHAT DANAIT HAD TO SAY ABOUT THE MASTERMIND EXPERIENCE + PROGRESS SINCE BEING IN THE HOT SEAT:
Hi everyone, I’m Danait from Heart and Vine Creative, and I just wanted to pop in and share a little bit about my experience during my Mastermind Hot Seat. So, during my hot seat, I just felt so listened to, and heard, and understood by the other women in my group. They took the time to really understand my business, and understand who I was trying to serve, and what I was trying to do with my business.
They gave me feedback that was so spot on, and kind of challenged me to look at my business from a different perspective. They really pushed me to kind of just lean into my gifts and talents, and what I’m really good at doing. It was so wonderful to have people who have so much knowledge and experience pour into you like that, and it was just a wonderful, wonderful experience.
After my hot seat, my head was buzzing with stuff! There were so many ideas and so many things that I wanted to do. I had to go back and listen to it again so that I could take notes and really dive into some of the things that they were saying. I really had to think through them for my own business, and once I did that, I really quickly started to just jump into some action.
After I listened to it, my head was buzzing, and I kind of sat with some of those ideas for a little bit. I went and decided that I’m going to be starting a podcast, which I’m gonna be launching later this week. It was just really cool coming together, seeing what they had said that I should really focus on, and how I could implement that in my business.
A podcast was just the perfect blending of all those things, and my target audience actually listens to podcasts more than they do blog posts. So it was just this beautiful coming together of all of these things that showed me that that’s where I needed to push my business in the new year. It has been so, so exciting and wonderful.
So I hope that this was helpful for you to be able to see what Mastermind can do for your business, having other people pour into your business through their expertise, their knowledge. That outside perspective of looking in and seeing what things are missing, or what you’re not leaning into enough is just the most amazing thing ever.
I hope this was helpful, and you guys can find me over at heartandvinecreative.com, or I’m usually on Instagram at Heart and Vine Creative. Thanks so much for taking the time to listen to me babble, and I hope you guys have a wonderful day. Bye.
