ABOUT DANIELLE: Danielle is an Online Marketing Growth Strategist, host of the Female Entrepreneur’s Journey Podcast, and Founder of the PAC (or Ms. PAC-man Method).

DANIELLE’S MASTERMIND HOT SEAT TOPIC: How do I balance promo content for free and paid services?

IT’S IMPORTANT TO DANIELLE BECAUSE: If I don’t do enough of sales part then no one knows what I sell, and if I don’t know enough about free, people will only see my sales ones.

HERE’S WHAT DANIELLE HAD TO SAY ABOUT THE MASTERMIND EXPERIENCE + PROGRESS SINCE BEING IN THE HOT SEAT:

Where I’m at now when it comes to free versus paid content? I took time to really write a whole calendar, seeing the tops that I wanna do and where I wanna go, and then I scrapped it… because for me I realized what I love to do is give people really high-level value.

Sometimes honestly, you’d rather have a couple of good high-value posts or pieces of training instead of having post every single day. I realized there are so many emails out there and blog posts that not everyone needs something new from you every single day. Instead, if you have something really juicy and really amazing, they just want that.

What I did instead is cut it in half and focused on really high-level training. One of the things I implemented was inside of my Facebook group I do a weekly free live content feedback training. I allow members to put in their most recent post and get live feedback from me on what their headline should be, how to format it, and how to get it to actually attract clients and sell for you. That is one of my favorite things to do, I do it every Tuesday. It’s been working like gangbusters.

Also, I’ll be doing a workshop soon on how to create the best headlines that sell for you. One of the biggest things I realized from so many of my clients and members on my group is that people kind of suck at headlines. So that’s something that I’m doing, just focusing really high-level training. That will lead to my paid content and is also really good for free stuff. I’m doing more quality versus quantity.
